New Tribe for family, friends, community members, and customers of Chaco Canyon Organic Cafe. Chaco Canyon Café is a vibrant, ecologically- sound slice of heaven carved into a small nook in Seattle's University District. We are approximately 90% organic from top to bottom.

After extensive renovation, we have reopened 8 January with a new kitchen and menu. We serve raw, vegan food, raw and living juice, wheatgrass, and fairtrade coffee/espresso. Additionally, we recycle and compost more than 90% of our total waste and don't offer disposable utensils. Wireless internet is available and free.
